Hey, I’m Stephen — a music-obsessed graphic designer, lifelong gig-goer and the person behind the prints you’ll find here.

I’ve been going to gigs since I was a teenager. From sweaty little back rooms and legendary clubs to iconic city venues. There’s something about watching live music that still ignites that same thrill I felt at my first ever gig. The anticipation, the crowd, the slightly sticky floor… that first hit of bass, the lighting, the encore... even the journeys home and ringing ears!

That’s where this all started.

Every print is created by me in my studio in West Sussex.

There’s no AI-generated artwork here. Each venue is drawn by hand in Adobe Illustrator, line by line. I obsess over the details, proportions and typography to create prints that feel distinctive, personal and worthy of putting on your walls.

And because every gig has a story, my prints can be personalised with your own details — turning a great piece of music artwork into a unique reminder of the night you were there...

Keeping grassroots music alive

I’ve also watched, over the years, as too many legendary venues have disappeared.

For generations, these venues have been where bands cut their teeth, where fans discovered their favourite artists and where local music scenes came to life. They’re a huge part of what makes British music so special, and I want to play a small part in helping keep them around for the next generation.

That’s why a percentage of every print sold will be donated to Music Venue Trust. The Music Venue Trust is a UK charity dedicated to protecting, securing and improving the country’s grassroots music venues.

So when you buy a print, you’re not only celebrating a gig from your past - you’re also helping support the places where future memories will be made.
