Refund policy

If something's wrong with your print, we'll put it right. Full details are in sections 6 and 7 of our Terms of Service, and your legal rights as a consumer are never affected.

Damaged, faulty or lost in the post

Email musicvenueprints@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, ideally within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint and resend it for free, or give you a full refund including delivery, whichever you'd rather have. You won't usually need to send the damaged print back.

If your order hasn't arrived 7 working days after the expected delivery date (14 for international orders), please check with neighbours and any safe place/s, then email us. We'll look into it with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund. If tracking shows your order was delivered to the address you gave us, or the address was incorrect, we can't treat it as lost, but we'll do our best to help.

Mistakes in personalisation

If we got your personalisation wrong, we'll reprint it free of charge. We print exactly the details you give us, so please check spelling and dates before ordering. If you spot an error after ordering, email us straight away; we'll correct it for free if the print hasn't gone into production yet.

Changing your mind

Personalised prints are made specially for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns once production has started. Before then, email us and we'll cancel and refund in full.

Any non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then send the item back unused within 14 days. You pay the return postage.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. For returned non-personalised items, the 14 days start once we receive the item. Import duties paid on international orders can't be refunded by us, but you may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.
